Fantastic company. I had just gone thru the ringer with a different company and fired them after they were 9+ days late doing my job. I called the 800 number for minuteman and to my surprise, the owner, Steve, is the one who answered the phone. We were able to work out a meeting at the house the next morning, and I was told the install would be 11 days later after we looked at schedules. Great, schedule it. I received a call 4 days later saying a spot had opened up the next day, and would I like it. Absolutely! So from my initial phone call, to my carpets being done, was a total of 6 days. Love it. The other company I was working with was 9 days late, and that’s after the two weeks out that I had to schedule. The crew was polite and courteous, and Steve called at the end to make sure everything was looking good (which it was). Very, very happy with this company. Will definitely use again in the future.
