Just went to get two simultaneous chair massages for my daughter and myself. They have a menu of services you can choose from. Mine was head/neck/shoulders/back. While my back does feel decent, my head and neck were never touched once, except to pin my hair up. I unfortunately did not have cash. There is a sign that says "if paying for tip on card, tell us the amount before running card." I said $12.00 - more than 20% for our two $25 massages. I was very clear, knowing there was a language difference. The woman charged me $20.00. $70 total for two just okay messages at best! Yikes.

My daughter and I went together. Older man and woman. Both of them were so rough and had such nasty loss on their faces we actually discussed feeling a little bit violated afterwards and disappointed in ourselves for not stopping then. We smiled and we’re very polite with them but they were clearly visibly not happy about having to do this work. My daughter had bruises on her shoulders the next day. Neither of us will be going back.
