Since the change, I have yet to actually talk to someone that wasn't an "after hours" or "messaging" service during normal day time hours.

I’m so happy I can not only get my oil, but also get propane from them now! Woot! Prices are the best and the customer service is wonderful! Called at a 1/4 tank, and was filled up that same week! Staying nice and toasty this winter :)
