I have had the pleasure of working with Brian Sutherland in a variety of settings over the past 5-6 years and would absolutely recommend him and In the Cloud Technologies. As the owner of Two West Med, I’ve always had the ability to hire someone very experienced and easy to work with, that truly took a team-centered approach.I hope you do get to experience working with Brian and In the Cloud Tech. I can honestly say I would recommend them for any Cloud Services or Teams based Telephony integration.

In the Cloud Technologies did such a fantastic job for us that I wanted to leave a review for others. If you are looking for a qualified Unified Communications (UC) and Cloud Services, I would greatly recommend that you speak with them.I am very happy and grateful to the company for a variety of reasons, but mainly because I was initially very concerned about the large scope of this project. It contained multiple party providers, some complicated migration / integration needs and had some very tight timelines as our mail service was shutting down a lot sooner than we had thought.In the Cloud Tech migrated our users and ported a large amount of our data to the Cloud, which immediately strengthened our overall security, including email, backup, and our disaster recovery strategies. The real beauty, come to find out, was that all these solutions could be delivered as an ongoing service with fixed monthly prices and an all-inclusive approach to support, employee adoption training and ongoing maintenance.This was our first involvement in some flourishing aspects of Unified Communications, and I’ve now experienced UC as providing a sort of Cloud-based “technical equality” for all our workforce members, be it hybrid, remote or on-site employees. I would highly recommend In the Cloud Tech out of Boston to anyone looking to migrate to the Cloud, integrate Disaster Recovery / Backup strategies or as a very experienced, talented Cloud project consulting group.

Brian and his team create amazing digital marketing designs and their work is completed very quickly and is of the highest quality. As a business owner and I.T .Director, I'm often faced with the need to outsource complicated and time-consuming projects that Brian's team makes short work of. Definitely highly recommend!
