“I meant to take before pictures but forgot. Will update the NEXT time we use Jim and do a before photo. He did such an amazing job. We have 4 children and a lighter colored carpet. They obviously made it look pretty dirty with things like makeup, colored markers, drinks and food. You could see heavy traffic marks on the stairs as well as each room you entered. The carpet looks almost brand new. Thank you so much and this has made my life so much easier and less stressful!“
