There is one woman at Ulta that I see everytime I go in with my 12 year old & everytime she is the sweetest and nicest person to all around her. Her positive vibes brush off to everyone and she makes a difference in peoples days. The name that showed up as the cashier on my receipt says TAZ. Taz, thank you for your kind and wisdoms words you gave my daughter tonight. Shes been going through a lot and you really did make her feel special. To management I sure hope you see her. She is worth it, and every bit of praise. Please keep her, and please make sure she’s taken care of because boy does she make a difference. ❤️?
Came in with a whole list of what I wanted to get and one of the staff members Alicia helped me find every single thing i wanted AND THEN SOME! She was extremely patient with me which I appreciated and helped me make some much needed foundation color swaps. If it wasnt for her i would have left orange. Thank you Alicia!
Staff is almost always super nice, they will try many ways to help you with what you need. Also this is a pretty large Ulta and they have everything from drugstore cheaps to name brands high ends. Many options and lots of tones and colors. I appreciate Ulta too because Ulta makeup is cruelty free while Sephora isn't.
