I am 66. I had gathered so many pieces of information about what my aging body was doing. For over a year I wasn't able to lift my right foot to put on my trousers. Also I was having pelvic floor issues which limited exercising, even walking. I had gone to an excellent PF therapist and was doing the exercises, but I definitely was stuck. I assumed it was just my age.

i have been going to Lisa for over 2 years now and she’s amazing!! i feel so comfortable under her care she really knows her work so well, i went to her for both my pregnancies and she also did adjust my newborn babygirl a couple times. definitely will recommend her office to everyone. i feel GREAT ?
