Matthew,With this situation being completely accidental we have, to the best of our abilities done everything possible to remedy the situation in a professional timely manner. Within a day of the accident occurring (broken glass door), we had reached out to you personally, the Glass company for the repair, and to the residential Property Manager as well.We have also sent two crew members to clean up the remaining glass remnants along with tarping up doorway for safety.We would request is more patience and professional from you end.
