We switched our payroll services to Access Payroll 6 months ago. Wow, the client service and responsiveness is second to none. They really pay attention to details and make sure it's done right the first time. They strike the right balance of competence which stands head and shoulders above the other local competitors and great customer service which blows away the big national providers. I'm happy I made the decision to work with a locally owned and operated company and I highly recommend Access Payroll Services of N.E. to all.

I have been toying them a year now and let me tell you... BY FAR THE BEST!!!! They have paychex beat X 100. They are always available no waiting on hold, no 800 number for customer service. If there is an issue or if you don't send the hours in they go the extra mile and call you to send it in. Family owned and operated. They take pride in your having your business and definitely appreciate you. They help you set up everything you need even help with finding you proper Workmans comp. insurance!!!!!
