Laurie at the Loudon NH office is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I called about a problem and she was willing and able to help me. Even if she didn't know the answer to my question, she got the answer for me. Great customer service!

I have to give Mark Margo!!!! A huge shout out… thanks for always getting it done. Took care of everything for me once again… I’ve been a customer of eastern propane for over 20 years sales and service unmatched in the industry.. all the technicians are nice!! I needed to get a tank set, filled, and the lines from the tank to the house installed quickly. Initially I was given a lengthy wait time (several weeks). I spoke to Marc Murgo who worked his magic and had it all done almost immediately! Because of Marc’s amazing customer service, I will be an Eastern customer for life! Thanks Marc!
