Had my first visit today using infrared light on my legs and knees. I was able to walk down the step pain free. I had a knee replacement in Nov. 2024 and have struggled on steps. Very impressed after 1 visit

I had an incredible experience at the Reiki training workshop. The space felt welcoming, grounded, and intentional. Cris-Anne, the instructor, brought a beautiful balance of knowledge and authentic presence—sharing the history of Reiki in a way that felt meaningful and accessible, while also creating space for thoughtful discussion and reflection.

What truly made this experience special was the hands-on component. Being able to both receive and give Reiki in a supportive environment helped deepen my understanding and confidence in the practice. The guidance throughout was gentle, intuitive, and empowering.

I’ve been doing the InfraBaldan sessions at Sage & Stone now for a few weeks and it has been an amazing experience. It’s honestly one of the best forms of exercise I’ve ever done. I leave every session feeling like I had a great workout. I’ve noticed that I sleep better, have more energy, my skin looks better, and I’ve even lost those last few stubborn pounds that are so hard to lose in your late 40s.
Cris-Ann, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable right away, like you’ve known her forever. The whole experience at Sage & Stone is welcoming and positive.
