I am a broker and realtor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and I have dealt with maybe somewhere between 30 and 50 attorneys while trying to complete real estate deals. I learned a long time ago that culture, climate and camaraderie come from the top down, and that is definitely the case with the law office of Attorney Richard Shea. My dealings with them have been smooth and when there is an obstacle, they adapt improvise and overcome... and there is a pervasive upbeat and helpful attitude that all of the members of his team possess. Matt Shoemaker and the Law Offices of Richard Shea are more than just a title company. They are real estate attorneys, which means that when you run into a title problem, or a boundary dispute, or any other irregularity, they know how to deal with it. As an attorney myself, I recognize the value of their services.
