Floors were installed multiple times with issue after issue. Eventually they got so sick of having to fix their own work that they just stopped responding and following up. They also mentioned they would come back and fix the board shown below as the dent came with the board. Expressed my concern the day it was installed only for them to never come back and fix it.

Company fires people to make the inner circle look good and tries to keep top down levels of dummies, will put other equipment around to screw with construction workers on-site. then turn around and say that they aren't working fast enough to meet the deadlineLiterally only picked by people who need the lowest price for a flooring job.

Very poor execution, do not use this outfit for flooring work. This company hires people that not know how to install a hardwood floor. Of the 5 thresholds, only 1 was done correctly. Also the joints between the oak flooring strips vary, leaving gaps indicating that when they nailed them in, it was done incorrectly.
