I did hired Mike again this year to replace the whole roof for my house. Several years ago Mike came to fix some missing shingles on the roof and did such a good job, I vow to use him again. This time after getting a reasonable quote, Mike came earlier than his 6 members crew on the scheduled date and moved all the toys and furniture away from the house. After the crew covered the sides of the house and deck with protective curtains, they stared working to replace not only the shingles but 3 rotten boards from previous leaks. From start to finish, Mike and his team were professional, dependable, and efficient. Mike took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be done and provided me with multiple, fairly priced options.

Michael Fiori and his team were great. Michael provided a reasonable price (better than the two other bidders) and explained everything they were going to do, provided roofing samples to choose from and arranged for the utility company to come to the house and insulate the power lines to the house to protect his workers (an OSHA requirement that the other bidders never even mentioned). He provided copies of his company's liability and workers comp insurance as requested, showed up at the designated date, completed removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof and clean-up in just two days.
