Charlene is lovely, professional, personable and really takes time out to hear what you envision your brows should look like. The left pics are me with no brows, then the bottom one is what I looked like when I pencilled them in and then the top and right pics shows me with my beautiful new brows on the first day it was done. If you are contemplating, dont any longer and call to make your appointment. You will not be disappointed.“

“I love my lashes!!! I did a full set classic today (10/10) with Irmina and she did an excellent job. This was my first lash extensions in the United States but I have been getting my lashes done about 10 years in Trinidad, with at least 5 different Lash Techs. I was very pleased...my lashes are gorgeous. Also, there was no irritation/ discomfort/burning and Irmina was a lot faster than all the other Techs and my lashes looked full and natural. She has been the best with helping me with my retention as I haven’t always had the best luck with lashes, whether it be due to my oily skin, or face wash not agreeing with the glue and causing loss. Went from needing a new set almost every other week to having normal retention and just a fill (like normal people do) every other week! She’s even been so accommodating when it comes to rearranging appointments to work around my bachelorette trip and wedding dates! (Before and after with henna brows also!)“

Today I met with Mads for the first time. She took ( a lot of time ) to understand what I wanted, looked at pictures/videos with me. Explained to me different techniques for different effects.

I was going for a shorter hair and I wasn’t sure how short I wanted to go. Mads was willing to do a dry cut for me until I decided the length I wanted!. She styled my hair and explained to me how to style it at home. When she was done, she asked me if there was something I wanted to change/address (I didn’t, but I appreciate it!)

After my hair cut, she did my brows, again she asked me in detail what I wanted. She did a beautiful job with my eyebrows. And is truly nice and convenient that I could book both services in the same place.

Her studio is clean and beautiful, it has a serene and relaxing feel, as is not a busy salon environment.

The appointment was easy to setup through Vagaro, and easy to pick the services I wanted.“
