I was very happy and grateful that the Elliot urgent care was open on a Sunday. I've had a sore throat for long enough to get checked out, I made my appointment on line, easy peasy, they checked me in as soon as I arrived, I sat for maybe 5 minutes and was called back. I literally had 3 nurses and a PA, named Jeremy, who were my "team" attending to me. They were all outstanding, not cranky or unhappy because they're working on a Sunday, and I for one appreciate that they are there! The front desk crew were also very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of you and for treating me and helping me to feeling better soon! Thank you

I went to this clinic for about 4 years, Dr. Rosen was my PCP. He told me that I should fix my mental health because my issues were not physical. I’d complain of ibs, stomach pain, excessive pain after exercise (three days of debilitating pain after what would be considered a normal exercise routine), and constant sprains (that we’re never looked at). Turns out I have Hypermobile Elhers Danlos Syndrome, a very real and hard to define condition. When I told the staff at this facility that I wanted to transfer doctors, they told me that out of doctor confidentiality, I had to change facilities. This is our recommendation:The past month has been a busy one for us. Our daughter, who is 3 years old, had gotten an abrasion at school the day before Thanksgiving (11/23) she had to get 3 stitches. Nurse Kelly T & APRN Ramona M. made sure our daughter was comfortable. They were helpful, friendly, and made the visit go smooth, they ensured we understood how to treat her abrasion and when to follow-up.Today 12/10, we got to Londonderry Urgent Care for my daughter to see someone. We got called up to registration fairly quick.
