“Ted is a rare find. We had a hot water heater stop working. The plumbing co. who installed it 4 years ago tried to repair it for me. They charged me $250 & told me basically good luck, you need an electrician, just cuz we installed it doesnt mean we will be able to fix it.. $250 for nothing. I called Ted. He was at my house within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly & charged me less than the plumbing co. Im sure he could have given me a story in order to increase the bill, but he didnt. Honest repair people are increasingly hard to find. Ted is the exception.“

“I had Mark's team install a fiber optic HDMI cable and home theater projector. They did a fantastic professional job both running the cables up through the ceiling and mounting the large projector. After installation, I realized the projector was mounted too high, relative to the screen, and they immediately came back to remount it on a drop-down pipe without charge.Great bunch of professionals. “Jerome was the most prompt, efficient and informative electrician we could have hoped for. We had an emergency issue late on a Saturday night and knew no one in our area; when we put out an APB, Jerome was the most responsive of all our calls. He was able to come out the very next morning, and despite having to deal with old knob and tube wiring, fixed our issue within an hour for a very reasonable rate (and we got some interesting history lessons as well!).
