My only complaint is it usually takes months to get in for an appointment.“

I find to be unacceptable for the services I am receiving and the price I am paying that should be a basic accommodation. I can see having issues but both times in the past two months is a situation that needs to be corrected. I feel badly for the staff who was visibly perspiring due to the lack of air-conditioning in this particular location.“
