Dr. Grove is an excellent vet. She takes time with her patients and is very knowledgeable. She will explain things carefully and will always asks if you have any questions. The other vets and Crossroad’s staff are also caring and welcoming.
Staff was extremely friendly to my dog from the moment we walked in. It was my first time going in many years. No ridiculous add ons. I was in and out and my boy has a cool octopus wrap to show his friends. Haha
I’m very happy with Crossroads, the office staff is great and the docs are wonderful! We generally see Dr Grove who is phenomenal but recently saw Dr Cashmere who was also very good! No complaints here.
