“I discovered Meg and Yogalates about a year ago when I was in the early stages of an autoimmune diagnosis for rheumatoid arthritis. I was eagerly looking for ways that I could help myself heal. I knew I had to relearn to work with my body and get it stronger in new ways. I can’t speak highly enough of both Meg and her classes. I started out with one class a week and now do three. Every class is different and meant to meet the people in class where they are at that day. I love the small class size, the individualized approach of each class and each exercise we do in class, the care Meg shows for each individual, and the results I’ve seen. I’ve safely learned how to work with my body in new ways, and am so much stronger physically, as well as mentally and emotionally, due to these classes.“
“We are out-of-towners and took a class here on the whim. Chelsea was our instructor and was lovely, kind and welcoming. It was a great class. The studio windows were open and welcomed the calming sounds of the Ammonoosuc river.Just down the road is a cool suspension walking bridge which added to our experience.When my spouse and I left class we discussed how nice it would be if this studio was in our hometown!Thank you Chelsea!“
