Amazing! From start to finish! The entire staff was professional, friendly and above all, kind! I began with Ginny Dr. Chen’s assistant. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable. I met with her several times and was never disappointed! She also assisted Dr. Chen in the OR for my surgery. I had knee surgery to repair the meniscus and clean up the arthritis. I have NEVER met a more compassionate, kind, professional, highly knowledgeable Physician and Surgeon! He is Brilliant!!! I still can’t believe I was able to have knee surgery by Dr. Chen who is a well renowned Orthopedic Specialist!!! We have been blessed to have him in the North Country! Thank you to Cinnamon as first impression of the Alpine Clinic that made me feel welcomed! Again, thanks to all, I appreciate you!

My experience here has been excellent. They have reduced the pain in my shoulder dramatically. The VA has sent me here a couple of times now and I believe the staff truly care for helping others. Thank you for everything.
