I found them to be straight shooters very good and very nice. While I was there a gentleman came in with an old ipad that would have cost $350 to fix.. They told Him that they would do well if they fixed it, but that he should buy another one. That is the kind of people I like to deal with.

From Dartmouth, MA came up to Twin Mountain and my laptop would not boot up. Called North Country and they said to drop it off. Left it with them at 9:30, by 11 they called to tell me the hard drive had crashed, they were able to save my data. They offered to install a solid state drive, we agreed on a price and my laptop was ready by 1:30 the same day. Very much appreciate their efforts, was able to get back on line with my office and finish some work. Great company and people! Do not hesitate to bring your issues to them.Bob

Sorry, I haven't gone there recently, but I kjow the guys at North Country Tech Service are super knowledgeable. They get the job done. I've used them in the past and my mother-in-law is always pleased with the service she receives. I do recommend NCTS :) Take Care!
