“Amazing! From start to finish! The entire staff was professional, friendly and above all, kind! I began with Ginny Dr. Chen’s assistant. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable. I met with her several times and was never disappointed! She also assisted Dr. Chen in the OR for my surgery. I had knee surgery to repair the meniscus and clean up the arthritis. I have NEVER met a more compassionate, kind, professional, highly knowledgeable Physician and Surgeon! He is Brilliant!!! I still can’t believe I was able to have knee surgery by Dr. Chen who is a well renowned Orthopedic Specialist!!! We have been blessed to have him in the North Country!
