The workers are wonderful, and recently there was a bit of a holdup with my appointment and they did a complimentary deep conditioning so that was nice. Service is wonderful, workers are lovely, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. from a spa perspective I cant really speak for it, but for haircuts and things of the sort I've had little to no issue“
