Love these people. They are always helpful. They do full waste oil furnace installs and repairs and have even helped me troubleshoot or oil furnace over the phone during an emergency no heat situation. Don't hesitate to use them!

From start to finish with our purchase, Arrow is the best. Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, explained how the furnace worked. Nice to be able to business with another NH company. Highly recommend this company. The office staff Jesse and Dawn were efficient and processed our purchase quickly. We started discussion on Friday and install done on Tuesday. Customer service at its finest. Spoke with Rod about purchasing a waste oil furnace. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. They stand behind what they sell and also service it. Very highly recommended.
