We rented tables and chairs for our wedding from Abbott and had a great experience! They were really accommodating of our request for early delivery, and it was such a huge help to have that extra time to set up. We especially loved the farm tables as they looked really nice in the space (and also saved us precious time and cost on table linens! Brides trust me, you do not want to be ironing tablecloths when you should be enjoying your wedding week!). At one point we realized that one of the tabletops was warped at one corner — I alerted Leslie to the issue and she had someone come fix it within a day. Communication was always prompt and friendly. We cannot say enough about the service that Abbotts provided for my daughters wedding. The people were amazing to deal with, and the quality of pieces we rented were phenomenal. They made an incredibly stressful few days leading up to the wedding so much more relaxing due to their professionalism and just plain knowing their business. Unfortunately we had to fly out of state the following day but they assured us to leave everything and they would take care of it, AWESOME! We would never hesitate to use Abbotts in the future for sure!
This review is so overdue... like 5 years. ?The ladies that helped me numerous times with my wedding rental, were just phenomenal - thank you! Kind, patient, and went above and beyond on customer service. Appreciated them and their team so much because it made our weekend just enjoyable and really not stressful in the least... which you need when doing your own wedding!
