“If the problem isn't obvious, analyzing a roof leak issue requires methodical patience, years roofing experience, and a genuine desire to solve the customer's problem. Some people are willing to throw money at a vexing issue. You may well know from experience that this generally leads to expensive frustration. If you do, then you understand that your money is well spent hiring a competent professional. Mike from Skyline solved my roof leak (rubber membrane roof located under roof deck hot tub). He carefully inspected all possible causes, tested for integrity to determine with certitude, then explained and offered a DIY fix. In the end the 10 year old roof system previously installed by Skyline continued to function perfectly. It was the sliding glass door that was leaking. (Mike laughed when he explained how much water can drain through a 1/16 inch diameter hole). I highly recommend Skyline. Frank and the crew are amazing!
No shortcuts here, everything was done very thoroughly with explanation through every step.
Frank pulled the roof on my existing bay window to add extra insulation, he also added extra support in there even though it was probably fine.
The front porch… see the before and after pics, they speak for themselves. A lot of time was put into transforming it from a sagging mess to a work of art that will stand strong for years .
Al is very passionate and a master of his craft, the metalwork he does is impeccable, true craftsmen like this are hard to find.
Mark is very dedicated to the job as well, it was no surprise to see him here on a weekend or at night, prepping for the next day.
Lastly, there’s Taylor who came in mid-job to help the guys finish up. A hard working young man, something that is hard to find these days.
