Ms Perkins at Fields of Vison eye Care saved my vacation. The customer service of Fields went above and beyond to help me locate the appropriate contacts. My contacts had been lost during a recent trip to Vermont(I was vacationing from Florida). We called around to several companies that had no interest in helping me since I was not a patient of theirs. However, Ms Perkins at Fields of Vison eye Care was more then happy to help. After a few phone calls, she was able to find me contacts to get me through my vacation. Upon arrival to pick them up I was greeted with sincere help and welcoming smiles. The provider that I saw was great, he took the time to make sure that my contact prescription was correct. My biggest complaint is that not only has it been a hassle to get my prescription sent to the company that I want to go through but the receptionist at the eye clinic keeps trying to pressure me into buying a 12 month supply which I don't need since I am only wearing them a few days a week.
