I've been to School Street before but with different stylists. I have to say the place is brighter and the staff there is super friendly.
So let me start by saying that the owner, Jane Marie, is as nice and welcoming as they come. I hadn't seen her in a few years and she remembered me and we talked about old times and a quick catch-up despite the fact she wasn't feeling well.
Samantha was my stylist that I had booked ahead of time. She sent me a text message the day before asking about what color choices I was thinking for the appointment the following day.
