We have been at the Hanover Veterinary Clinic for decades. Most recently we have had Dr. Rowe as our veterinarian, and he is wonderful, along with Matt the veterinary technician. Both spend as much time is needed to see my dog and go over new issues, discuss them and how to treat issues as they come up. I am very happy with Dr. Rowe, Matt, and grateful that Wendy is still there, since she is so accommodating and helpful. I do avoid the receptionist at all costs since she is so rude.

Wow, the staff are so friendly and make the whole experience really positive for everyone. I marveled at how they managed all the needs of several clients (pets and people) at once, with such grace and respect.
Also, my cat, Bird, gets comfortable once we arrive there. (He is anxious from the time I put him in his carrier until we arrive safely there and then he seems to realize "Oh, hey! It's safe. It's this place again! This is fun!). This makes me the happiest because I want Bird to feel safe and happy.

I brought my cat (Bagel!) in for his first-ever wellness exam after being adopted and I was SO pleased with my experience at HVC! Every single person I interacted with during our visit was so kind and the veterinarians and techs treated my cat so so well. The turn-around between making an appointment (which as a process in and of itself was so easy) and getting seen by a vet was unbelievably quick too! I can get pretty bad health-related anxiety, especially in the case of my first-ever pet. Right before this appointment my cat had a sudden change in appetite which made me nervous, but the vet tech and doctors listened to my concerns and were so helpful in telling... read full review
