When I needed an appointment to renew my international driver's license, they accommodated me even though I was late and did not shame or turn me away. The examination was thorough, and the advice and guidance on eye care was helpful. The facility is welcoming and beautifully decorated. Choosing glasses is a very personal and emotional process, especially when you care about your appearance and know you'll wear them for most of the day. The technical equipment is up-to-date, and the examination rooms are tidy and clean. I always look forward to my annual appointments because of the kindness and support of the staff and opticians.“
