Brought a friend up to an appointment. Appointment was at 12:50 ,we got here, a security guard got a wheelchair for him, an then brought him all the way to 3z. and he checked in at 12:40 , they came right out and took him in. No fuss no muss

Really frustrating/disappointing experience here with Dr Morris's office. My girlfriend ended up here as a recent trip to the emergency room resulted in the attending physician putting a heart monitor on her. Once the monitor completed its action, we were told to return it here and to schedule an appt with someone from your internal medicine team, to explain the results.Once she finally secured an appointment, she had to cancel due to a covid positive test. She called at 7AM, explained the situation, and asked if they could do telehealth instead or reschedule. By far the best hospital that I have ever been to (and I have been to A LOT of hospitals in several states and all around NH). Clean, quick, professional, respectful, compassionate, kind, considerate, and above all concerned for the patients well-being. All of the staff treated me with dignity and respect and helped ensure my medical needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. Everyone, Dr's (medical and psychiatric), nurses, the recovery coach, social workers, dietary staff, cleaning/hospitality, ER receptionist . . . Everyone was friendly, nice and professional.
