“After being away from our home for a week we returned to find a cellar full of water. The water heater had leaked out. It was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Never did I expect to get a service technician that late on a Friday. I called Fitch’s office and to my surprise they had two qualified technician at my home within one hour. They showed up with a replacement heater and had it completely installed within 90 minutes. Not only was the team knowledgeable and polite they also helped with the cleanup.
