I go into Fitch once a year, as I did today to get a small amount of kerosene to keep the tractor happy. They don't get much money from me, but they are always so happy and kind. It's as if I pay them a $1 million a year, that's how well they treat me. Always helpful and nice.
Tony is my hero. While we were away, our plow job was lousy, access to the fuel tank wasn't shovelled out, and when he delivered, Tony was concerned we'd completely run out of fuel and that the furnace might have shut off. Fitch Fuel tracked me down by phone because Tony wanted to go inside and make sure the furnace didn't need to be restarted. He trudged through deep snow to find out the key we keep hidden outside wasn't where it should have been and then waited while I tracked down the door code. Christina in the office was completely patient fielding all these phone calls between me and Tony and it was not a quick process. This company is amazing. The people there are so very, very kind and responsive. We couldn't be more grateful.
