After being away from our home for a week we returned to find a cellar full of water. The water heater had leaked out. It was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Never did I expect to get a service technician that late on a Friday. I called Fitch’s office and to my surprise they had two qualified technician at my home within one hour. They showed up with a replacement heater and had it completely installed within 90 minutes. Not only was the team knowledgeable and polite they also helped with the cleanup. Unbelievable customer service and very responsive to my needs. Thanks Corey and Tony. Also thanks to the office staff who assisted me. Great Company!!!
We go to Riff’s every year, religiously! We love the staff who are always friendly and knowledgeable. Also the prices here are hard to beat! They have an excellent selection of veggies/herbs (which is all I grow) and flowers indoor and out (which is all my mother grows). Last year we were especially impressed by the hanging baskets, fuchsias, begonias, hot peppers, tomatoes and hostas. I’m sure this year will be equally amazing. They never fail to impress.
My advice is to get there as early as possible because they do sell out quickly. They’re open on May 6 2024, the same day as last year.

We restarted our propane service with Rymes and that required a site visit. Steve the technician was the one who came for the site visit and he was great. Knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond during the service. He washed down our propane tank and got all the dirt off the tank, getting himself dirty in the process. He made sure the propane tank was level and checked all connections for leaks. He made us feel confident in our setup by checking all the safety boxes. You could tell he knew what he was doing and talking about. We will be using Rymes for a long time because of this great service! Thank you Steve.
Dr. Anderson and his crew are absolutely the best veterinarian care in the whole northeast! I would give them a #1 national rating but I couldn't in good faith seeing I never truly left New England. Terrific people fantastic care!!
