I regularly see Michelle for fantastic trim and style. Yesterday my car had an accident in their parking lot. I had to wait for a tow truck and it was hot and steamy, so went into the salon and asked if I could sit wait. They welcomed me with open arms, gave me a bottle of ice water. Then out of the blue, Elsa said she would do a shampoo and blow dry for free, if I wanted while I had a long wait. This was so sweet and unexpected and the nicest thing ever happened to me. Thank you Elsa and Salon Veritas! Happy birthday, Michelle, who was celebrating her birthday yesterday!
I've been in twice so far, and have been really pleased with the work received on my hair. I've received a handful of compliments on my hair as well. Tami is easy to work with, chat with, and is an obviously skilled stylist. I have zero complaints on the condition of the salon, and each hairdresser keeps their work area clean and orderly. The Victorian Style lends itself nicely to the holiday decor tastefully placed throughout.
I can’t say enough good things. The place is so friendly & comfortable. Elsah worked with me & my hairdresser from another state. I couldn’t be happier. Very, very accommodating!!!
