Norm has been my plumber since bldg my
home in 2008. He was referred to me by a neighbor. Nothing but excellence from Mr. Norm Gouin. Called him twice this year: new handicap toilet seat and leak from upstairs bathroom showing up over master bathroom door frame. (Apparently that could have been very expensive if drywall needed to be removed to fix a leak. Mr. Gouin found the leak, nearer to the shower faucet upstairs bathroom.). 10 stars review!!!!!
