When you walk in, there’s small sign and an electric candle they will light if someone in the hospital is currently saying goodbye to a pet in one of the rooms, so you can be kind and keep your voice down in the lobby.That level of empathy and care immediately caught my attention. The rest of my visit bore that impression out - from each staff member welcoming me and taking extra steps to make sure my pet was comfortable, to the very detailed and thoughtful call talking me through the testing results a few days later from the vet.Thank you.

Pawsitive experience! This is the only vet clinic that my pup has willingly trotted into and it’s definitely because of how sweet, welcoming and caring all staff are. This was our second visit there and both times the tech and the vet both took a few minutes to bond with her before jumping into the medical stuff. Macy gives it 4 paws up! ? ?
