I found McDonald well and pump through Google search, and honestly went with them based on all the fantastic reviews. They did not disappoint, they were wonderful to work with. Honest about the work that needed to be done, quick and efficient, and priced very well. I would recommend them any day of the week!

We purchased a home and had been having problems with the water softener system and possibly something with the well for a little while. I looked around the system and found a label from Macdonld Well and Pump so I gave them a call. Michael came out and promptly looked at my system and couldn't have been any more honest or helpful about our situation. After assessing the situation, he gave me a ballpark price but told me he would call me later with an official estimate, which he did. I normally don’t leave reviews but a review for this business is well deserved. We woke up to no water a few days ago and called several different places. A few tried doing some trouble shooting over the phone, sent us places to see if certain parts still worked, and made the promise that they would try and get out but were flooded with emergencies. McDonald’s was recommended by one of the other places that we called and I am so happy that they were. Mike answered right away and listened to my concerns. While he too was swamped, he didn’t live too far away so stated that he would come right over to assess the situation and could come back a few hours to complete... read full review
