I could not of asked for better service from Mike and Kelly. They replaced my well tank on a Saturday, and they were in and out very quickly. They helped me out with my warranty when the original installer would not back their work even though the failed tank was only 2.5 yrs old.
What exceptional service. Mike and Kelly are both amazing people to work with. They made an awful situation into something that worked. Saturday of a holiday weekend, 2 ft of ice, negative temps and they still made magic. We were left without water and within 6 days including a holiday, they crushed the job! Incredible communication. It was 9pm on the 4th of July (Thurs) and the well pump died. My entire household was in panic thinking we would not get water until the following Mon due to the holiday. I called McDonald Pump first thing the next morning, and a few others to get quotes and service delivery expectations. McDonald quoted me thousands less than the large local plumbing companies and even better, they came right over that morning on Friday! They installed a new pump, water tank, valves, etc. They fixed everything I needed quickly, cleanly, and at the right price. Soooo grateful for this company.
