“When you walk in, there’s small sign and an electric candle they will light if someone in the hospital is currently saying goodbye to a pet in one of the rooms, so you can be kind and keep your voice down in the lobby.That level of empathy and care immediately caught my attention. The rest of my visit bore that impression out - from each staff member welcoming me and taking extra steps to make sure my pet was comfortable, to the very detailed and thoughtful call talking me through the testing results a few days later from the vet.Thank you.“

“Perfect mix of professional and bedside manor. They have taken care of my dog for 10 years. When he was having hot spot issues it took a while but it was determined he has allergies. They supported us and him the whole time. They could see the frustration from us when he was hearting and they continued to help us find the help he needed. Since getting medicated food close to 5 years ago he hasn'thad one hot spot. Great team“

“I recently got my American Bulldog puppy and he was seen by Dr. Joe at the store he is from. Dr. Joe remembered my dog, and was very patient answering all my questions.(first time dog mom) He gave me recommendations for everything I needed. The thing I really like too is that he doesn’t pressure you into things that you don’t need. If your dog doesn’t need it, your dog doesn’t get it. Prices are very reasonable and all the techs were also super friendly. My puppy is still nervous around new people, but the staff was so caring and gentle that he opened up to them. Also, they were ready for me as soon as I got there, so there wasn’t any waiting. I really like this Vet! Thank you all for taking good care of Oakley!!“
