This is a great Ulta Beauty, went there yesterday & they were well stocked, staff was available to help but didn't get in your face like they sometimes do at Sephora. Nice shopping experience.

I made a last minute decision to go into Ulta, im super uneducated in all things makeup and the store had so much to offer that it was a bit overwhelming. I spoke with a woman working named Nicole and she immediately relieved me from the anxiety i was feeling. She gave me so many recommendations all budget friendly and was so kind and thorough with teaching me how to use the products. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and smart. I'm so thankful i had such a positive experience and i'm hopeful i'll have another run in with Nicole in the future at my next Ulta visit.

I wanted to do two reviews I'm making about the Ulta salon. But, I have to include two stylists in one! Way back in March, I desperately needed an Olaplex treatment, and I thought I'd chance it at the Keene Ulta. I booked with Emily and was really charmed when I met her. I immediately booked for my next, planned Olaplex treatment in May--with Emily, of course--and went on my way. I am middle-aged and my hair is porous and occasionally frizzy.
