Worse company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. They lie about their quoted prices, not once did the bill match their quote. Now that I have switched to a new propane service they won't even pick up their tank. Been 30 days and this morning was lied to again saying they would get it today. Can't believe they have me complaining online. I'm gonna have to serve them a registered letter to force them to pick up their property....pathetic go with anyone else.

Consistently get conflicting information from different customer service people. Waiting on a delivery yet again with no estimate as to when it will come. It *might* come Tuesday I was told. WHAT??? How can you not know when my delivery is supposed to come??? I'm on automatic delivery and have had to hound them every time. Was told I CANNOT switch from automatic delivery, but automatic delivery is NEVER automatic. I've had to call and harass someone every time. Switching after this fill, I can't wait.

ZERO Stars. No matter when you call you are on hold for 15+ minutes just to speak to a human. The company will not notify you if they choose not to deliver. Delivery is up to the mood of their extremely rude drivers who lie to their managers to make themselves It is the customers place to track them down. Some of the customer service reps are not very helpful and extremely rude. The team division manager is rude and will just hang up on you. They are not built to deal with fuel delivery in New England.
