This is the worst propane company in the area that I have ever had to deal with. Was without propane for weeks and they did nothing but make it almost impossible to get a delivery. Then they tell me within a week they will be here. No day. No time but I have to make sure someone’s here. Now my hot water heater has been broken for over a week and again nothing but a run around and still no update. Would never recommend them!! I’m going to be looking into getting a new supplier this week. Not to mention I just paid them almost $1000.00. Smh

Worse company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. They lie about their quoted prices, not once did the bill match their quote. Now that I have switched to a new propane service they won't even pick up their tank. Been 30 days and this morning was lied to again saying they would get it today. Can't believe they have me complaining online. I'm gonna have to serve them a registered letter to force them to pick up their property....pathetic go with anyone else.

Consistently get conflicting information from different customer service people. Waiting on a delivery yet again with no estimate as to when it will come. It *might* come Tuesday I was told. WHAT??? How can you not know when my delivery is supposed to come??? I'm on automatic delivery and have had to hound them every time. Was told I CANNOT switch from automatic delivery, but automatic delivery is NEVER automatic. I've had to call and harass someone every time. Switching after this fill, I can't wait.
