“When the Cheshire hospital optical shop closed I had to find another vision shop and chose the vision center. I ordered a new pair of glasses with the advanced progressive lenses. They arrived quickly and were put in my frames in one day but after wearing them for several weeks I found my vision wasn't clear and I felt off. I called and got right in and a lot of time was spent there trying to solve this problem. I returned 1-2 more times to try and figure out the problem then Carolyn took over my case and spent even more time with me. She was intent that I would see better and went so far as to call for my record at my former optical shop and this did the trick. I now have new lenses (at no extra cost) and they are working just fine. I want to thank everyone at the center for there attention to detail, patience and determination.
