Every step of the way, my visit to this Opthalmology clinic was a perfect health care experience. I called in the morning with an eye emergency, a tech quickly called me back to triage, and an appointment was set for that afternoon. I was seen on time (no waiting!), and the tech was very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Jaeger arrived the minute the tech finished the initial intake, and I wish all doctors were as gifted as he is at explaining what a patient needs to know in an encouraging, calm, friendly, and respectful way. Last year I purchased two Rayban frames and two pairs of gradient lenses which cost over a thousand dollars. This week I called twice, leaving a message in regards to purchasing a couple more frames and a pair of lenses. I am yet to receive a call backI may never go back but a call back with gradosity might change my mind.

I was ready to put forth my debate club skills when I realized both pairs of my new glasses were not what I ordered (someone mixed up which pair should get transition lenses- essentially upgrading my spare pair). Meg saved the day by having the correct lenses made for my primary glasses at no cost and I got to keep the other "upgraded" lenses without charge as well. Meg did what made sense: corrected a mistake without charging me. Thank you, Meg.
