I took my dog in because Dr. Pearson said my dog needed a tooth extraction. I couldn't pick her up until late that night even though I brought her in early. He came out smiling, and saying that everything went "great." That night neither of us got any sleep, because she could barely breath. The first thing the next morning I took her back there and there was a new technician who saw her and told me that she had collapsing trachea, caused by the surgery. I found out recently that SHE ACTUALLY DIED temporarily during the surgery, which doesn't seem like the surgeon or surgery was "great." Three days later he called to see how my dog was doing, and actually told me that 'the collapsing trachea would probably go away.' It's an insult that he would think I didn't even care to look up what a collapsing trachea was.

Called them because they were the first place open in the area. They told me that west side animal hospital was on call and to call them. Then when I called west side it was an automated message saying if it’s an emergency call Cheshire animal hospital… so that’s cool

TERRIBLE customer service!! Group of miserable women that work in there. They clearly take on too much and then take it out on the customer. last three times I went there was a bad experience. will NOT EVER go back to Cheshire animal hospital.
