The technicians and doctors are amazing. They're very thoughtful and thorough and make you feel quite at ease. I like the self check in. I don't mind having to go to the kiosk. I actually prefer that. The missing star is because the front office staff feel that it's appropriate to talk about other patients while there are patients in the waiting room. This made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to engage when I checked out because I didn't want to have to be the next person that they badmouth when I left. My wife and I have been using Nashua Eye Associates (Hudson Location) for the past 20+ years and have been very satisfied with the service and overall client experience. Recently, I have had evaluation for cataract surgery and have had one eye successfully corrected. Dr. Parikh performed the evaluation and the recent procedure. He is extremely competent and had a friendly and outgoing demeanor with me. This helped make the experience much less stressful for me and is appreciated. Had two cataract surgeries recently.DR. Parikh explained everything that would happen during the surgery and what to expect when I get home.His surgical skills are excellent,his communication skills are great and he comes across as an all around good guy that happens to be an eye surgeon.I would definitely recommend Dr. Parikh to anyone that was looking for a skilled ophthalmologist ..
