We were able to be squeezed into the schedule same day without paying an emergency fee. The tech Lukas was super thorough and able to determine that even though I had already removed a big hair clog, and he was able to get some more as well, the problem was in the pipe going to the septic. He recommended the jetting service and sure enough, 40ft up there was a blockage that had been building for years (long before we lived here). It took some work out in the cold, but he got it to release and all of the showers and toilets drain like they haven’t in years. Thank you for your thoroughness and effort to get to us ASAP. Booking an appointment is easy and the people are friendly. We used another company for years until they were bought by a large company and the service wasn’t great, we gave Granite State a try and have been with them ever since! We also love that they have a smaller truck to accommodate our needs.
Have been having problems with drain blockage on and off for a very long frustrating time. Enlisted the services of a plumber who made numerous visits, and made exorbitant charges with minimal resolution. With unending problems enrolled the help of another plumber who gave my problem his best effort, but to no avail, so he suggested Granite State, called them for me, they responded within an hour and very quickly solved my problem. The technicians were pleasant, competent, and very efficient. The end result is that I can once again do dishes and wash laundry with no trepidation.
