“I have been coming here since childhood with my mother and now I use them for all my alteration needs.ex: I Ordered a dress online and they shipped the wrong size (almost 3 sizes too big) but I loved the dress. I didn't have time to return and get smaller size so I just brought it in, they pined it to fit me perfectly. when I came back the following Thursday it was as if the dress was made for me...at that point it kinda was.
